No. We work with both licensed and unlicensed professionals. If you’re not licensed yet, we’ll walk you through our life prelicensing program, recommend study cadence based on your schedule, and support you up to exam day. If you’re already licensed, we’ll focus on carrier appointments and getting you producing quickly.
We provide a mix of warm, intent-based leads depending on your product focus and territory. The goal is to give you consistent at-bats while we train you on pipeline building, referrals, and long-term book growth. You’ll also have a CRM to track every conversation.
UBI Mid South agents operate as independent contractors (1099). You keep the flexibility and upside of being independent while getting the infrastructure, coaching, and community you’d expect from a top agency.
For licensed, producing agents, onboarding is focused on alignment and acceleration: compensation review, carrier lineup, tech/CRM setup, and a 30–60 day production plan. We’ll also plug you into our weekly coaching and strategy calls right away.
NC, VA, GA, & SC Remote options are available depending on your role, experience, and state licensing.
